OUR VOLUNTEERS ARE PRICELESS
Thank you to all that have signed up to volunteer for the past Sunriver Art Fairs!
The SRAF is our largest fundraiser, and it takes +100 volunteers to put the fair together every year. We are looking for Sunriver Women’s Club members and other supporters willing to “Step Up” again this year. We have opportunities for volunteers to help during set-up on Aug 6 – 7, and during the event Aug 8 – 10, 2025.
Here are just some of the Volunteer Opportunities for the 2025 Sunriver Art Fair.
The Sunriver Art Fair artists are currently looking for accommodations in the Sunriver/ Bend/ La Pine area. Do you have a spare room with a bath, or a local rental property, or an area outside of Sunriver to park a trailer? Artists will be arriving Thursday, August 7 and staying through Sunday, August 10. Offering homestays to our artists provides much needed help during peak season. You will not be expected to provide meals or entertainment, just housing. Contact us at housing@sunriverartfair.org if you have any questions and we’ll get you signed up.
As booth sitters we give the artist the ability to take breaks knowing their booth is attended. We don’t sell art, we just keep a watchful eye on their booth. We get to meet the artists, look at the various art displays while providing a valuable service to the Fair.
You will be letting the artist out of the Village after unloading/loading.
Fill in when we need extra help. Can be any position.
Provide information and answer questions.
Meet at SRWC storage and bring items to the Village.
Mark booths and set-up SRWC tents.
Distributing water to the artists throughout the weekend.
Logistics Breakdown/Clean-up – multiple tasks to put areas we used in the Village back to pre-Art Fair condition.
Collect A-Frame signs from around Sunriver/Three Rivers
