The Sunriver Art Fair is the largest fundraiser for the Sunriver Women’s Club. More than 100 members volunteer 1,500+ hours throughout the year to prepare for the event. We are looking for members and other supporters willing to step up again this year. We’ll have opportunities for volunteers to help during set-up on August 4 – 5, check-in on Aug 6, and during the event Aug 7 – 9, 2026. Here are just some of the Volunteer Opportunities for the 2025 Sunriver Art Fair
Artist Reception
Set up tables and chairs for the reception and once the reception is over help put tables and chairs away.
Booth Sitter/Floater
As booth sitters we give the artist the ability to take breaks knowing their booth is attended. We don’t sell art, we just keep a watchful eye on their booth. We get to meet the artists, look at the various art displays while providing a valuable service to the Fair. As floaters we fill in as needed. Any position.
El Caporal Gate Monitor
You will be letting the artist out of the Village after unloading/loading. No entry through the gate.
Hospitality 2025
Meet artists and help serve breakfast, snacks, lunch and coffee.
Information Booth
Provide information and answer questions.
Logistic load/unload/setup
Meet at SRWC storage and bring items to the Village.
Logistic Water
Distributing water to the artists throughout the weekend.
Logistics Breakdown
Logistics Breakdown/Clean-up – multiple tasks to put areas we used in the Village back to pre-Art Fair condition.
Sign + Garbage collection
Collect A-Frame signs from around Sunriver/Three Rivers
